TEACH ME YOUR DANCE!

Project type: Youth in Action, action 1.1 multilateral

Duration of the whole project: 02.07.2009 – 02.10.2009

Duration of the activity: 20.07.2009 – 27.07.2009

Participants: Romania, Turkey, Poland, Lithuania and Latvia

Location: Parc Hotel, Town of Onesti, Bacau County, Romania

Themes: Art and culture

The objectives of the project are:

1. interactive learning of traditional dances from five other European Union countries and their customs and traditions, through interaction with the other participants;

2. to strengthen self-respect, acceptance of others, thus opening minds to a New Europe;

3. the multiplication of the information and the competences acquired on this project, in the communitiesc of origin, by at least three promoters, in a period of maximum 30 days after their return home.
